EVENING AND FULL DAY PROGRAMS - IN THE MATRA

Gastrotourism at the heart of the Mátra

We start the tour with the treasures of the Detki pantry, where we get to know from pumpkin seed oil through walnut oil to cinnamon walnuts. After that, during the hemp pest tasting, we can find out what healing hemp is good for. We continue the gastronomic experience with spices, seasoning our lives with a little spicy and getting acquainted with chili products. Wine is an unmissable part of the gastronomic experience in Mátra, so we also taste excellent local wines. To complete the tour, we will taste the wedding cake from Markaz and the jams from Kisnána.

The special treasures of Mátra

We start the trip in Markaz, where we can get an insight into the special hacked egg exhibition of Gyula László, and then take a short walk on the shores of Lake Markaz. Afterwards, we will hear the legends of Kisnána Castle within the ancient castle walls, where a jam tasting of Lizy's homemade jams will also take place. We continue the local gastronomic experience with wine and brandy tasting in Sándor Koncsa's wine house, where we also have lunch. The menu is a special wild stew to match wines and brandy. After lunch, we will continue our trip to Tarnaszentmária, where we will visit the smallest functioning church in Hungary, which is one of the oldest and almost completely preserved churches in present-day Hungary, built as a princely burial ground. Our journey ends at the Csák Kő in Gyöngyössolymos, where we can enjoy the sunset together.

Roaming the Mátra

We start the trip by watching the presentation of the Parádsasvár Glass Manufactory, and then we will walk along the maple study trail. Lunch consisting of traditional Hungarian dishes is served in a pleasant environment in the forest-style restaurant of the St. Hubertus pension. After lunch we will relax in Recsk, on the shores of Lake Búzavölgy, on an island of peace and quiet. After that we will see the exhibition of mining relics with a special atmosphere in Recsk. Finally, in Tarnaszentmária we will visit the smallest operating church in Hungary, which is one of the oldest and almost completely preserved churches in present-day Hungary, built as a princely burial ground. On the way home we stop in Kisnána, where we will crown our day with a wine and brandy tasting.

Állati finom kalandok

Különleges kalandok várnak Szurdokpüspökiben, ahol végig haladunk a tanösvényen, régi tárgyak kincsesbányájába teszünk egy látogatást, majd megismerjük a helyi „libaságokat”, avagy, hogy milyen finomságok készülnek libából a Mátra szívében. Ezután a település Bivalyrezervátumának jóvoltából ínycsiklandó ebédben lesz részünk, ahol minden helyi finomságot kipróbálhatunk. Ebéd után Pokoljáró Szent Lőrint kísérteties történetével ismerkedünk és ellátogatunk várkastélyának romjaihoz.

Természeti és kulturális hagyományok felfedezőtúrája

Mátrafüreden kezdjük kirándulásunkat, ahol az interaktív Harkály házban felfedezzük a vulkánokat, repülünk a Mátra felett, az éjszaka hangjait hallgatjuk és megismerjük az erdő lakóit. A Palócbaba Kiállításon folytatjuk, ahol a rendkívüli gyűjteményben a régmúlt korok babái mellett megnézzük, mi is az a csipkeverés, vagy kipróbáljuk az eszvátát (szövőszéket). Utána Gyöngyösorosziban több ezer meseszép ásvány vár ránk itthonról és a nagyvilágból. Egy kiállítás, ahol nem csak nézni szabad, hanem meg is lehet érinteni a kiállítási darabokat.

Pálosok léptein

Abasáron Aba Sámuel király nyomába eredünk, ahol bejárjuk a Bolt-tetői ásatás helyszínét, majd a történelmi Kővágő pincébe látogatunk el, ahol bor- sajtkóstoló keretein belül ismerjük történetét. Ezután Pálosvörösmarton kalandozunk tovább, végig haladunk a Pálos tanösvényen utána egy könnyed gyalogtúra kezdődik, amely Holló-kőre és Tekeres kőre visz minket, meseszép panorámával karöltve. A városba érve Gyöngyösön az Egyházi kincstárba teszünk egy látogatást, majd sétálunk a város szívében vagy elmélyedünk a Ferences könyvtárban.

Felső mátrai barangolás

Programunk során a Felső-Mátra kincseit fedezzük fel, első megállónkon Mátraszentimrén a Mátra Ásványházba látogatunk, ahol megismerjük az aranymosás rejtélyeit. Igény szerint gyalogosan, vagy busszal a Három falu templomához kirándulunk, amit egy ebéd követ Galyatetőn. Ebéd után Magyarország egyik legkülönlegesebb kilátójából csodáljuk meg a mátrai panorámát. Utolsó állomásként a Kodály kápolnába kirándulunk.

PÉNTEK ESTI PROGRAMOK – SÁSTÓN

Mézes-mázos kikapcsolódás

Mézeskalács díszítés a mézesek királynőjével, Szőllősiné Ildikóval.
Korosztályhoz és alkalomhoz illeszkedően készítjük és dekoráljuk a mézeskalácsokat. (adventkor mézeskalács házikó, húsvétkor nyuszi, gyerekeknek hajó, madárházikó stb.. előregyártott elemekből helyben festés, díszítés)

A program minimum 10 fő jelentkezése esetén indul!

Mátrai legendák és mesék

Megismerjük a Mátra történetét, legendáit régi képekkel, kiadványokkal és vetített előadással (Időtartam kb egy óra). Legendás történeteket hallhatunk a siroki és kisnánai várról, Galyatetőről, Galya apó és Tündérországáról, Bába kőről, amit a boszorkányok helyeként ismerünk.
